Matthew’s area of expertise is Strategic Campaign Development and the Recruitment, Training and Development of Fundraising Representatives.

During the past 10 years Matthew has been responsible for:

-Growing a major Australian agency from one state to a Nationwide Campaign as the National Fundraising Manager. Subsequently increasing the number of fundraising personnel from 20 to 210 within 2 years and increasing the gross monthly income to over $1 million.

-Working with a relatively unknown Organisation to develop a comprehensive regular giving program and acquisition program to engage the X and Y generations and dramatically raise the awareness of the Organisation within NSW.

-Establishing two effective long-term In-House face-to-face Campaigns for an Australian and UK Not-For-Profit Organisation, raising in excess a projected income of over $1 million for each.

-Creating a highly profitable event based Face-to-face model for a leading Australian overseas development Organisation, with a breakeven point of less than 10 months and cost per acquisition of $250.

Most importantly, Matthew has committed the last 10 years of his life to raising vital funds needed by Organisations to make an enormous difference to people in need and is continuing to support Not-For-Profit Organisations and through the creation and expansion of TFP.
