Team Leader   Professional Face to Face Fundraising Team Leader   New and exciting Company require 2 Professional Face to Face Fundraising Team Leaders to raise vital funds for leading Not-For-Profit Organisations. Leading and Managing teams at various festivals, events, shopping centres and expos across Sydney with opportunities to travel to regional NSW. A great opportunity for a passionate, target driven, enthusiastic and hard working individual keen to make a career in cause related sales and marketing. Excellent training and development provided within the Company with opportunities for rapid promotion and involvement in the growth of the Company. 3 month contract position with a view to a permanent contract after successful completion of contract period.   Essential Criteria: 1 Year Minimum Face to Face Fundraising Experience Proven Track Record in Leading and Managing Teams of Fundraisers Target driven mentality Positive outlook with a sense of humour Strong work ethic and resilience Ability to take feedback Desire to make a difference   Desirable Criteria:   Relevant Degree or Equivalent Qualification Base rate of $20 per hour + Super + Bonus.
