We require an passionate inspiring Campaign Manger with strong leadership skills to take responsibility for the co-ordination of a face to face fundraising campaign on behalf of a leading Not -For-Profit Organisation that focus on making a difference to the lives of children around the World.
You will provide the line management of team leaders; meeting targets and performance standards; developing and implementing operational strategy and plans; providing all aspects of logistical operation support to the face to face teams.
You will be responsible for the coaching, management and training of all field staff while operating within the spirit and values that are set out by the Fundraising People.
As the Campaign Manger you will work closely and proactively with the internal fundraising staff to contribute to the development of the overall fundraising strategy.
As Campaign Manager you will be provided with internal and external training courses in business and management. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
Essential Criteria:
A minimum of 2 years face to face fundraising experience, extensive experience in coaching and training is a necessary requirement.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with an abundance of self-expression.
Highly driven, self-motivated with a proven record in specific coaching and training skills in the field of face to face fundraising.
Highly organised and efficient with an excellent ability to self manage combined with exemplary time management and multi-tasking skills.
Firsthand experience and a successful track record in a target-driven sales or fundraising environment.
Desirable Criteria:
Advanced education, skills or training in sales and team management or related disciplines
