UNICEF is the world’s leading effective development and emergency relief organisation working globally to support children. UNICEF relies on voluntary donations for its work with children in over 150 developing countries and territories.

In June 2007, Matthew Brine (Director of TEP) was approached to work on an Events strategy for UNICEF Australia. UNICEF was looking for a way to increase their UNICEF Global Parent regular giving program through a unique face-to-face initiative.

This gave birth to “In the Field”, a unique concept designed to engage members of the public by displaying equipment and material from UNICEF projects in the field.

Since 2007, The Fundraising People have been working closely with UNICEF on a variety of fundraising projects.
